Payment Information
All costs are discussed with you before each visit so that you know exactly what to expect. If a treatment plan is created by your dentist, we’ll detail the costs involved for each follow-up appointment ahead of time.
On-the-spot Claims Processing
With access to an extensive list of healthcare funds via our HICAPS system, we can claim your benefit on the spot which means you only need to cover the difference (gap). Be sure to bring your health fund card in with you. Also accepted at our clinic:
- Department of Veterans’ Affairs dental benefits
- Child Dental Benefits Schedule
HCF Provider
The New Dentist is proud to be a HCF preferred provider. You can get up to 100% back on the following preventative dental services:
- 1 or 2 check-ups per calendar year
- X-rays
- Scale and clean
- Fluoride treatment
- 2 x mouthguards
HBF Provider
The New Dentist is proud to be a HBF preferred provider. You are entitled to two fully covered preventative care appointments per year.
